The Monash University Maxwell King PhD Scholarship 2027 is a prestigious research scholarship for outstanding candidates undertaking a full-time PhD at a Monash University campus in Australia. The scholarship is available to Australian and international students and supports doctoral research across a broad range of disciplines. The scholarship provides a living allowance of A$53,608 per year based on the 2026 rate, together with a research allowance of A$1,500 per year and a relocation allowance for eligible students relocating to Australia. Two scholarships are offered each year, with one intended for Humanities and Social Sciences disciplines and one for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics disciplines.
